Spain2232312
Ireland122229
Italy2232211
Slovenia201227There were multiple instances of uneccesary contact, on and off the disc. After we communicated with their spirit captain there was no adjustment in the second half. Several dangerous plays followed.
Ireland001214We felt that calls were repeatedly made to gain an advantage and that this was often an incorrect use of rules. It was noted several times, including during a SC that there were too many seemingly deliberate fouls on the mark. This improved after the SC but there were bad bids towards the end of the game that led to the 0 in F&BC. The spirit circle did a lot to resolve tension and improve the game moving forward. Players were friendly after the game but too many incidents sullied the SOTG.
Netherlands2233212On the down side there were a few calls in the game that were a bit confusing. However, everything was talked about in a calm and collected manner. Israel made a really conscious effort to proactively talk through and about situations that occured and it made for an overall enjoyable game. After adressing the physicality of previous games we could also see that efforts were made to reduce the amount of physicality to the point that the game came down to pure and fair athleticism. Thanks!
Austria2223312Fair-mindedness: We want to highlight the great improvement of the Fair-mindedness after the first call of the game. It was great to see how we managed to turn the game around immediately after a shaky start.
Ireland2232312Major Improvements in every category of spirit from our previous game. Despite taking a tough loss, we felt no sense that we had been treated unfairly in terms of spirit.

Spirit points given to the other teams:

Spain221229
Ireland2222311
Italy2222210
Slovenia1222310Special thanks to the captains for the fruitful communication throughout the game
Ireland122016The game itself was intense and with lots of calls, which is not a bad thing by itself, but almost every call resulted in salty faces. People who were on field were walking around in frustration while their teamates were handling the calls, and did not agree to return to their place to play. On another occasion, a player immediately contested and did not agree to discuss the call. On another occasion, after a goal, a player spiked the disc at one of our players and, talked bad words at him, and
Netherlands2234314The game was handled exceptionally well, the players communicated well with each other and the captains kept making sure that everything is alright. Spirits were always high on and off the field regardless of calls, and we felt like both sides listened to each other.
Austria2222311There was this one incident of intervining from the sideline in the begining of the game, but it was well handled by both sides, so we decided to not deduce any points for it. Thanks AUT for a great game and spirit!
Ireland222129We had several minor issues, that relate to attitude and communication: a player (#12) skipped the high fives after the spirit circle before the game, another player kicked the disc when it was on the floor, another player snagged the disc out of our players hand after calling foul without discussion. But even with these incidents, we still felt like the spirit was good and communication between captains was good, so we decided to round the score up and not give 0 for attitude or 1 for communica
Denmark2322211There were too many insignificant calls when the o line played defence (our break attempts). On the other hand, great fair mindedness on the universe point. Since both positive and negative occurrences we kept the score as is. Besides that, exceptionally well game physicality wise.
Austria112228The two main incidents were time on the line, and body contact on cup instead of calling travel. Even with these things the overall spirit was good.
